La mente e il mantenimento di uno stato di quiete durante una performance faranno sì che strutture cerebrali, come l'amigdala, non si attivino instaurando un sentimento di ansia e paura che può alterare il nostro respiro e irrigidire la nostra muscolatura del braccio portando un formicolio al nostro arto superiore.
